In the screening stage, you will focus your efforts on understanding the feasibility of the ideas and have the right people evaluating them to understand if an implementation is viable. Screening helps teams and analysts to have a rough understanding of which elements may need special attention for implementation and if addressing them is viable. It can also be used to choose which idea, from a group of ideas, suits better for the current company's needs.
The Screening template within this space includes a checklist for the screening process and four techniques that can be helpful for developing that process: Judges Panel, Criteria Evaluation Score Card, Prof of Concept, and Token Vote. These techniques can be found in the Screening Method Execution step.
At the end of the screening process, the template includes a section for you to decide if the idea is moving to the next stage, idea research.
