In this section, you will find a space to focus on idea generation. Valuable ideas come from different sources and sometimes users forget two of the most important ones, customers and employees. That’s why this space includes pre-built templates and idea generation activities based on customer feedback, innovative users, and engaged employees.
Customer-based templates are under the “VoC” (Voice of Customer) tag, including Focus Groups, Customer Visit, Lead User Analysis, Client Workshop & Customer Advisory Board Employees-based templates are under the “Internal team” tag, including Internal Team Brainstorming and Employee Submissions.
At the end of each technique, templates include a section for you to decide if the idea is moving to the next stage, idea screening.
