Research is the final stage of Product Discovery. Is the last filter before the final decision to continue with the product/service development. This stage will focus on a deeper investigation related to important issues or elements found in the screening stage. This stage validates a product idea to see if it’ll be successful or not based on deeper elements than the ones included in the Screening process, for instance, the market and competitive environment.
The Research template within this space includes a checklist for the research process and a sample report to develop the work. The sample report includes a list of elements that cannot be missed while implementing product research.
At the end of the research process, templates include a section for you to analyze if the idea is viable for starting a development project.
